Hi, I signed up and the product doesn't work.  I've submitted a support request over a month ago and haven't heard a single thing back.  Is this a real product?

  lol. I couldn't find how to cancel their service. No documentation. Finally resorted to email. How are you doing with your request?

  I had to do a charge back on my credit card.  The company isn't honest.  It's a scam.  My credit card company verified that there were other complaints too.
