Ticket title as channel description

While evaluating Tasky it becomes apparent a long list of ticket numbers would be an issue at trying to identify a particular ticket. Would it be possible to have the channel id replaced with the ticket title instead?

Example # t20200504_0007 was instead: # Tasky integration (the ticket title).

  Another idea I had was to automatically PIN the channel topic and include the ticket description in the topic.
