Problem
When attempting to add time to a ticket via the Tasky time command (/time) an error is reported that includes the message "Creating or updating TimeEntry by proxy is not enabled for this system".
Solution
To provide the ability to add time to tickets Tasky requires the Autotask setting "Proxy time entry" be set to "Enabled for Timesheet Approvers and Administrators".

How to locate and change the "Proxy time entry" setting in Autotask
Open Autotask Menu
Select Admin Sub-Menu
Select "System Settings"
Expand "Timesheets" Panel
Find "Proxy Time Entry"
Change Selection to "Enabled for Timesheet Approvers and Administrators"
Save "System Settings"
